The villa is located in the typical Mediterranean scrub on the rib of a hill of Monopoli overlooking the enchanting plain of monumental olive trees, with an exclusive panorama of the Adriatic Sea between Monopoli and Polignano a Mare.

The building was built in late 80s and is in good condition; it is spread over two levels, the floor below is currently intended for storage while the upper floor is for residential use with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and living room entrance. There are two tanks, one of which for drinking use and one for irrigation use; while the surrounding land owned, with olive cultivation, extends for a total area of about 12,000 square meters. The landscape context is very suggestive.

Among the possible design proposals, it is planned a new distribution of the interior spaces and the construction of a swimming pool with panoramic views, with a total of 3/4 bedrooms.
