It is located in the center of the seatown of Monopoli, located on the ground floor of a historic house, in a quiet position and with easy free parking, just 100 meters from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, the large square around which the life of the town and which leads to the beautiful historic center.
The loft is also a few meters from the train station and the bus stop for local transport.

The B22 brings back to the origins a charcoal deposit, then a carpentry and finally a barber shop. The renovation arose from the need to give new life to an old shop that had been in disuse for years with the intention of turn it into a contemporary key.
The owner entrusted the project to M + T Architecture Studio and delegated the supervision of the works to the Uliveus Team who coordinated them, chose the craftsmen and delivered the house completed with furnishings.
The project signed by the architect Lucrezia Montalbò is presented to the new owners in January 2017 and after the signing of the contract, the works begin in March and finish in July of the same year, also receiving a prestigious award from the Archilovers magazine as Best Project 2017. Since then, the loft has established itself in the tourist rental market, gathering support and producing interesting profits.
We are very proud of this project, it has a modern and essential, sober and functional character, with a cosmopolitan aesthetic and, at the same time, a classic Puglia style touch that can be found in the details.
