In the countryside of Polignano a Mare, in Contrada Montaltino, immersed in the tranquility of the countryside, we offer for sale an authentic three-room trullo in need of renovation.

A blank canvas steeped in history, it’s ideal for those seeking a charming, custom-built home or a high-yield investment property in the luxury tourist rental market. The structure retains its original local stone architecture intact, with its traditional cones and evocative interior vaults. The renovations will blend modern design and the utmost contemporary comforts with the natural stone and rural character of the property. The property is surrounded by a large, exclusive 11,643-square-meter plot of land, characterized by red earth and majestic olive trees typical of the Mediterranean scrub. The generous size of the lot guarantees absolute privacy and offers the ideal space to design an exclusive outdoor relaxation area. Yet it’s just minutes from the center of Polignano and the beaches of Monopoli, an unmissable opportunity to create a unique piece of Puglia.
